Ignite is about ideas that can change the world, that can affect people life s, that are shaping our future, that identifies Generation Innovation . It is nothing more than the craziest geek event that alters our way of thinking,; that re-evaluates accepted norms, roles and standards; insanity, disruptivity , enlighteness , is what you will see and find at Ignite Athens! Ignite Athens is an information exchange for fostering and inspiring the city s diverse community. While mainly focused on the tech and creative communities, we encourage anyone with a good idea to speak. In one evening, you will hear several passionate speakers talking about their passions for just five minutes. Presentations will educate and inspire you, and maybe give you the opportunity to process your idea. You never know, in the audience there could be a VC, or investor interested in funding you! Speakers are given 20 slides, each shown for 15 seconds, giving each speaker 5 minutes
